Chantele & Strodie – a Bayuh Sabbha Wedding
From the outset it was obvious that for Chantele the wedding photographs of her Bali wedding were most important. She had contacted me even before she appointed a wedding planner and/or her venue. She had a few venues singled out and I advised her on what may suite her best. She ended up choosing a Bayuh Sabbha Wedding in Bali’s Uluwatu area. I also gave my inputs as to what would be the best schedule for the various events of the day and when would be the best light.
Chantele and her lovely bridesmaids were getting ready in the main villa of the property, whereas Strodie and the gentlemen were still chilling at the pool, while enjoying one of Bali’s most spectacular vistas. By the time the guests arrived the venue was beautifully decorated. And all was set for a perfect Bali villa wedding.
All the conditions for this Bayuh Sabbha Wedding were simply ideal. Clear blue sky, a slight breeze a lovely crowd and a beautifully decorated venue. The proceedings went ultra-smooth, resulting in what I would call a dream wedding. In-between the ceremony and the reception dinner we also had enough time to take some fun-filled portraits of the couple and the bridal party. There were plenty of nice spots on the villa’s compound for taking couple portraits. And the late afternoon sun provided a gorgeous golden light for the photos. Shortly before the dinner commenced we had some sunset photos at the pool area with a sea of candles floating on the pool. Always a highlight of any Bayuh Sabbha Wedding.
The reception dinner was rather casual and relaxed – just as Strodie & Chantele had envisioned it. A live-band played contemporary tunes while the guests were enjoying the various culinary delights. There were of course also the obligatory speeches, a cake cutting and Strodie & Chantele’s fabulous first dance. I left this outstanding Bayuh Sabbha Wedding once the crowds hit the dance floor.
I leave you now with my favorite impressions of this fantastic event that was Chantele’ and Strodie’s Bali Bayuh Sabbha Wedding:
Chantele, Strodie, thank you so much for letting me be part of this magnificent event that was this Bayuh Sabbha Wedding.
